This Privacy Policy explains how rapym ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit rapym.com or join our waitlist. rapym is currently pre-launch, so the scope of data we handle is intentionally limited.

We do not currently process phone-call content, transcripts, or payment information, because the Service is not yet available. When the Service launches, we will update this policy to describe call-related data handling before any such data is collected.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal basis for processing waitlist emails is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the waitlist is retired. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

rapym is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
